 Batch Nut Roaster

Designed for product development, low to moderate batch quantity processing, samples for test marketing and direct commercial operation scale up.

The air circulation may be set for up-through then down-through the product by pneumatically-operated and automatically controlled baffles for a typical roasting cycle. Air velocities in the roaster may be varied to comply with the characteristics of the products.

This roaster is shipped fully erected and is ready for operation upon installation of the necessary exhaust system, piping and wiring.
