New Nut Roaster Models Announced

Wolverine Proctor & Schwartz Ltd, a UK based, global leader in the design and manufacture of processing equipment for the Food, Chemical, Tobacco, Textile and Web Processing Industries, announces the immediate availability of a new range of models in its Compak Nut Roasting equipment line.

Three new models are available - 400M, 600M and 1500M with the model numbers indicating the capacity in kg/hr based on dark roast peanuts.

The 400M and 600M models address customers' needs for small capacity nut roasters with the following advantages:

Improved operating efficiency with a continuous process.
Gentle product treatment which reduces breakage, skins and coating loss.
Maximum access for cleanability.
Uniform roast due to superior air and heat distribution.
Intregral cooler which stops process at the optimum point.

The 1500M model has been specifically designed to serve the Almond Industry and is capable of both drying blanched almonds and roasting a wide range of almond products while maintaining the advantages of the smaller models.

With a significant number of units already operational, customer feedback has been extremely positive.
